She has a Bachelor's degree in General Psychology and a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Currently, Ms. Bleitner is self-employed as an Organizational Development consultant in the St. Louis area. She enjoys supporting organizations in their Leadership Development initiatives, as well as creating strategic plans for the organizations' overall productivity and profitability.
